Ello!

Hey! This is ray again with a daily post! Not much really happened yesterday, except that we, the middle college students, had a wonderful lunch prepared by our culinary program. That and i got to hang out with a very beautiful girl. Even though i got grounded for three days it was still worth it. I just cant help but smile when ever i see her and I'm glad i was able to make her smile and laugh yesterday. Well thats it for this blog. Ciao!

Well I guess its better to do this now then later. I'm Ray and its nice to meet you all. I am 17 years old and im 1/3rd Italian. I love my italian herritage in every way. From the foods we make to the artwork we create. I'm real big into cooking even if i can eat most of what i make. I hope to some day own my own resturant even if it is just a small one. I love to make people laugh and keep them happy, which is why i love cooking. To me nothing says you care about peoples well being like a big plate of good food. I watch food network a lot and i know alot about random food triva. Good Eats is the show i watch the most. I like how Alton Brown mixes science with food and a smig of goofyness.
